Yummy Energy Bites

Our most recent retreaters loved our energy bites so much they asked if we could give them the recipe, so here it is, in 4 simple steps!! (Makes 12) 

100g Oats

150g Almonds

50g Raw Cacao 

1 tbsp Maca Powder

A pinch of salt

3 tbsp Hones

100g Almond Butter

2 tbsp Coconut Oil

  1. Blend the oats and almonds in the food processor for 2 minutes 
  2. Add the cacao, maca and a pinch of salt, blend for 1 minute 
  3. Finally add the honey, almond butter and coconut oil and blend
  4. Roll mixture into balls and pop them in the fridge for a few hours to set.
