New Year Detox -

9th January 2019

Kickstart 2019 with a nutritious health boost by following Naomi's 2 week easy to follow healthy and sustainable detox. The perfect time of year for a little bit of self care. The day will be held at The Outbuildings, Anglesey and will consist of Yoga practices, a hands on workshop, talk on the detox protocol & scrumptious nutritious food. You will leave the days feeling more energised and with all the resources to begin your detox. You can choose to start the detox at any time or never at all, this day will still be a wonderful day out.


Ariel Yoga Weekend

15th -17th February

We’re delighted to welcome Ariel Yoga specialist Ceri Poppins for the weekend who will lead a variety of yoga throughout the weekend (including Ariel Yoga). Between yoga classes there will be guided mindful wild walks or a chance to relax. This is an all inclusive weekend and will be held in the luxurious comfort of The Outbuildings, nestled in the peaceful Welsh countryside.
