North Wales is a beautiful place which is really best to experience it personally. Roz's teaching is informed by her studies in experiential anatomy from the school of Body-Mind Centering as well as her personal practice in Shadow Yoga. Roz also draws from her work with Contact Improvisation and Authentic Movement. She has been developing a Bodywork and Movement Therapy practice, further informed by her studies in Process-Oriented Psychology. Roz is also a Shaw Method swimming instructor, a method based on the The Alexander Technique. Roz came to North Wales because of her great love of nature and the wild outdoors. Being in the mountains of Snowdonia and surrounded by lakes and the sea is a totally immersive experience. The environment enables fresh open water swimming. This ancient glacial landscape offers a spiritual and elemental connection, resonating qualities of sensuality and strength that are essentially female.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Jules is a practising Hedgewitch who works with the local landscape and the spirit medicine of wild plants. Jules runs seasonal wild plant workshops at her small holding on Ynys Mon where she has planted over 5000 trees and is currently developing a community wild plant healing centre. Jules is also an author and writes articles about wild food and the conservation of wild spaces. Her first children's book "The Little Hedgewitch" inspires children to take an active interest in nature and the importance of hedgerow preservation.</image:caption>
