Wild Winter Walk & Foraged Feast
21st November 1.30pm - 9.00pm
Join us and Hedgewitch, Jules Cooper for an afternoon and evening of all things foraged at The Outbuildings, Anglesey. Enjoy a wild winter forage walk in the surrounding countryside led by Jules who will be passing on her wealth of knowledge. Following the walk Jules will lead a discussion and demonstration on wild foods before we enjoy a fabulous three course Foraged Feast cooked by our wonderful chefs at The Outbuildings.
Jules Cooper
Jules is a practising Hedgewitch who works with the local landscape and the spirit medicine of wild plants.
Jules runs seasonal wild plant workshops at her small holding on Ynys Mon where she has planted over 5000 trees and is currently developing a community wild plant healing centre.
Jules is also an author and writes articles about wild food and the conservation of wild spaces. Her first children's book "The Little Hedgewitch" inspires children to take an active interest in nature and the importance of hedgerow preservation.
“The magic in creating these remedies is a time honoured tradition, passed down from our ancestors and the most effective way to help lift our spirits, strengthen our bodies and chase away those winter blues. ”
