Deposits
A deposit of £100 will be taken with the balance due 1 month prior to arrival. For single day retreats and bookings made less than one month in advance, the full amount will be taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
No fee will be charged if your booking is cancelled up to 1 month before date of arrival. If cancelled after this time, or in case of a no-show, the total price of the booking will be charged.
We will however do our best to re-book your space, if so, a full refund will be made.
If booking the whole property for a group there will be a relatively larger deposit.
VAT
VAT is included at a rate of 20%. A service charge is at your discretion.
Wifi (The Outbuildings)
Complementary WiFi is available throughout The Outbuildings except for The Pink Hut, however on occasions it can be temperamental!
Parking (The Outbuildings)
Free private parking is available for all guests.
Dogs
We do not accommodate dogs on the retreats for a number of reasons. However, there is an excellent kennel nearby (to The Outbuildings) where your dog can also have bed and breakfast! 01248 430809

When you subscribe to our newsletter using a form on this website your details will be stored for mailing list correspondence only and will not be shared with any other third party.
